Who we are
Quest Events Pty Ltd (ABN 27 154 289 513 ) organises Women in Energy & Renewables Summit 2026 , held at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park from Tuesday, October 13, 2026 to Thursday, October 15, 2026. Contact our team at info@questevents.com.au.

What we collect and why
We collect your name, job title, organisation, email, phone number, industry sector and role, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us about. We use this to register you, produce your badge, run the event safely, communicate with you about the event and improve future events. If you don’t give us the required details, we can’t register you. Dietary and accessibility information may be sensitive. We use it only to look after you at the event, and by providing it you agree to us doing so.

Who we share it with

• Exhibitors and sponsors, only if you choose. If you tick the optional boxes on the form, we share only the details you agreed to. They must use them only for the purpose you agreed, keep them secure, honour your opt-outs, and delete them after 24 months unless you have engaged with them.
• Anyone you scan with. If you scan your badge at a stand or session, you share your details with that exhibitor or sponsor (see the notices on your badge and at the event).
• Statistics. We share de-identified statistics, such as attendee mix by role and sector, that do not identify you.
• Our service providers (registration, email, venue and security suppliers), who may only use your information to help us.
• The law. Where we are required or authorised by law to disclose it.

Overseas
Some exhibitors, sponsors and providers may be located outside Australia. We require them to protect your information.

Security and how long we keep it
We store your information securely and keep it for 24 months after the event, unless the law requires longer. Exhibitors must delete what we share with them when the agreed retention period ends.

Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or correct your information, and you can withdraw any consent or unsubscribe at any time by using the link in our emails or writing to info@questevents.com.au. We will pass withdrawals to exhibitors and sponsors, who must stop using your details within 5 business days. Saying no never affects your registration. If you have a complaint, contact us first. Photos and filming
The event is photographed and filmed and images may be used to promote Women in Energy & Renewables Summit 2026 . If you would prefer not to appear, tell our team at registration and we will note it on your badge.
